Now released for both 32bit and 64bit Cygwin:

Notable changes:
* _FORTIFY_SOURCE support thanks to Christian Franke.
* Lots of math fixes from Martin Storsjö.
* Many headers updated from Wine by Jacek Caban.
* UCRT support by Martin Storsjö.
