New versions of 'ming/libming1/libming-devel/perl-ming/python-ming/tcl-ming' have
been uploaded to a server near you.


 o Build for cygwin 1.7.9 with gcc-4.5.3
 o tcl-ming linked against the Unix version of tcl
 o tcl-ming now provides a pkgIndex.tcl file and installs below TCL_LIBDIR
