[crosstool-ng] Build failure on ltrace, gelf.h not found

Hi,

While building the arm-unknown-linux-uclibcgnueabi sample, with ltrace
enabled, I get the following build failure:

[INFO ]  Installing ltrace
[EXTRA]    Configuring ltrace
[ERROR]    configure: error: ***** gelf.h not found *****

In build.log, I have:

I'm using crosstool-ng from SVN, revision 1106. The .config file is
