First:  Thanks to both of you for the fast reply.

TA-DA - just like down town - compiled and linked and runs
just fine - 1 minor problem....

The board is a TS-7200 http://www.embeddedarm.com/epc/ts7200-spec-h.html
Any body know how to set one of the USB ports to act as a serial port?
