problem building a complete cross compiler for the powerpc-eabi target

I was trying to build a complete toolchain for the
powerepc-eabi target using the following tutorial

I was installing the following packages for PowerPC

I was almost through for installation but when
(finally installing Gcc after bootstrap phase)
installing GCC
build failed by giving message (no Makefile in
libiberty). As suggested by Bill Gateliff, the
following command should complete the installation.

make CFLAGS="-O2 -myelloknife" install  2>&1 | tee
But I got the following error message after executing
this command:

  if [ -f powerpc-eabi-ranlib ] || ( [
"i686-pc-cygwin32" =
i" ] && [ -f /usr/bin/ranlib -o -f /bin/ranlib ] );
then \
bi-ranlib libgcc.a); \
  else true; fi; \
  chmod a-x
a; \
 -I. -I../../gcc-2.95.3/gcc
/../include ../../gcc-2.95.3/gcc/cppspec.c
cc1: error: invalid option `yellowknife'
make[1]: *** [cppspec.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
make: *** [install-gcc] Error 2

I was wondering if anybody else has run into a similar
problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
