newlib

How do I configure build NEWLIB-1.8.2 for a Motorola m5206e coldfire? I have 
an m68k cross-compiler with Motrola Coldfire support (m68k-elf-gcc) and 
supporting tools already built and installed. Also where can I get NEWLIB 
documentation.
