Subject: 2.34 Branch will be cut on Jan 18

Hi Guys,

  OK, so I am planning to cut the 2.34 branch on Saturday Jan 18.
  If you have any features that you want in this release and which
  are not already in the mainline sources then now would be the 
  time to ping your friendly maintainer... :-)
