write-after-approval access?

So Jose Marchesi is out for a few weeks and I'd like to be able to get
stuff in regardless. (Among other things, after the recent GDB commit of
CTF stuff, building with --disable-shared is broken and all test runs
with a non-CTF-capable toolchain fail: I have a series I'm about to mail
out that fixes that and --disable-libctf.)
I haven't messed up a pushable tree in months now, so I suppose I should
probably get push access at some point? I'll ask overseers if people
here agree.
