Well that was an easy email to write. Sorry about the answer though.
Of course you could always create a patch for the linker to add a new
directive to the linker script syntax...
Thanks, a second opinion to this question is quite helpful. I will have
a look at how difficult it is to add a ENDFILE() to the linker scripts.
