[PATCH 33/57][Arm][GAS] Add support for MVE instructions: vshr, vrshr, vsli, vsri, vrev16, vrev32 and vrev64


Hi,

This patch adds support for VSHR, VRSHR, VSLI, VSRI, VREV16, VREV32, and VREV64.
