Subject: New ARM testsuite failures

Hi Andre,

  I am seeing a new regression in the binutils testsuite:

     GAS REGRESSION: Local BLX instructions in Thumb

  This is for "arm-netbsdelf" and "arm-nto" configurations.

  Please could you have a look at them ?
