[PATCH] [ARC] Allow equ redefintion tests for ARC.

I have enabled/changed the expected result for equ redefinition tests. With this patch we should have pristine results when checking gas.

* testsuite/gas/elf/elf.exp: Likewise.
* testsuite/gas/all/redef3.d: Allow execution for ARC.
