[PATCH] gas/ip2k: Add all instructions assembler test


While making some changes to CGEN I wanted to test that I had not
broken this CGEN generated target.  This is a basic assembler test
created assuming that the current assembler is correct.

Basic all instructions assembler test, auto-generated by CGEN, then
fixed by hand for some cases where CGEN had generated invalid
instruction operands.
