There is no great hurry.  Take the time to fix it right and clean
things up.  I just want to make sure it doesn't get dropped on the
floor.
It's not blocking anything at the moment--Chrome for x86-32 either
uses BFD ld or avoids --icf.
I filed https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19047 for tracking.
