[AArch64][gas][2.25] Backport support for Samsung Exynos M1

Subject: [AArch64][gas][2.25] Backport support for Samsung Exynos M1

This patch backports to binutils-2.25 support for Samsung Exynos M1 in the
AArch64 backend.
       
This change was firstly submitted for trunk as
http://sourceware.org/ml/binutils/2015-03/msg00409.html and committed as
http://sourceware.org/ml/binutils-cvs/2015-04/msg00017.html.

The patch was tested for check-gas on aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu without new
failures.
