[PATCH] objdump: avoid needlessly reading section contents

- Subject: [PATCH] objdump: avoid needlessly reading section contents
disassemble_section should return immediately if the section bounds are
outside of the range set by --start-address and --stop-address. This
avoids allocating memory for the huge segment that is part of the
/proc/kcore image.
Tested on x86_64-suse-linux.
