binutils-2.23.0 snapshot is available

Hi,

I have just uploaded prerelease 2.23.0 for binutils 2.23 at:
ftp://sourceware.org/pub/binutils/snapshots/binutils-2.23.0.tar.bz2

This snapshot was sanity-checked for i686-pc-linux-gnu
Please test it for your favorite hosts/targets.

I plan to create the 2.23.1 release this week.  AFAIK, the only pending
patch is 'backport recent gold portability fixes to 2.23' by Roland McGrath.
