[PATCH] Add support for m68k-linux core file notes

Tested on m68k-linux and powerpc-linux.

* elf32-m68k.c (elf_m68k_grok_prstatus): New function.
(elf_m68k_grok_psinfo): New function.
(elf_backend_grok_prstatus): Define.
(elf_backend_grok_psinfo): Define.
