Subject: [GOLD][PATCH] Fix ARM backend's handling of protected symbol in a DSO

Hi

    This fixes two regressions in the gold testsuite.  Tested natively
on arm-linux-gnueabi.

	dynamic relocations for protected symbols in shared objects.
