Hello binutils list.

Where can I get the list of requirements for binutils?

When I run configure, the following tests are checked:
checking for version 0.11 (revision 0 or later) of PPL... yes
checking for installed CLooG ISL... ISL
checking for version 0.16.1 of CLooG... yes


Do binutils really depend on PPl and CLooG?
