PATCH: Support mixing IR and non-IR objects

Hi,

This patch implements:

http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/devel/gcc/lto/mixed-IR/mixed-IR.pdf

to support mixing IR and non-IR objects. OK for trunk?

Thanks.
