[patch ld]: Cleanup in deffile parsing part 3

Hello,

This patch takes care that aligncomm entries in def-file parse don't
explode in memory use and avoids duplets. I kept here linear chained
list, but if it shows that the speed-impact is here too high, the
sorting algorithm can be rewritten to use here a binary search, too.
The module-chained list might profit from a binary search, too. But
well, first trying to address memory exhausting here.

Tested for x86_64-w64-mingw32, i686-w64-mingw32, and i686-pc-cygwin.
