gas/
	* config/tc-arm.c (do_t_branch): Treat (PLT) branches as wide.

gas/testsuite/
	* gas/arm/plt-1.s, gas/arm/plt-1.d: New test.

Approved for the mainline - please apply. Check with Tristan for the branch.
