no thank you for catching this,
this must be an artifact of running make run-cgen-all,
in fact I forgot to check that specific file, and thought it was the line
if (CGEN_INSN_ATTRS (insn)->bool & OPTION_MASK & ~MEP_OMASK)
in mep-opc.c which apparently didn't get regenerated.
