[PATCH, V850]: Add support for v850*-*-*

Hi,

Please find attached patch 'v850-configure.patch' which adds support for v850*-*-*.

These changes have also been done in Newlib patch posted on 02-July-2010.
This patch will also be posted at 'gdb-patches@sourceware.org'.

        * configure: Add support for v850*-*-*.
        * configure.ac: Likewise.
