Hi Guys,

  OK - I have revised the patch yet again.  This version uses H.J.'s 
name for the bfd based linker (ld.bfd) and changes the switches that 
selects between gold and ld.bfd to be -fuse-gold and -fuse-ld (or 
-fuse-ld.bfd).

  x86 bootstrapping is still OK.

  Any more suggestions or comments ?
