i don 't know why this problem occured.( it irritated me for a long time )
just reinstalling new binutils from cygwin setup and making new binutils
from trunk solves my problem. now it doesn't come with seg faults.. and
section is not broken anymore.
( it is embrassing. to try fix problem, i built new binutils when the
problem resided but it didn't fix it)
actually, i started to get this problem from which i have changed my
configuration by adding --disable-sjlj-exception when building gcc.
(this could be bizzare thing. i think.)
