PATCH: Add --input-type and --output-type to elfedit

Hi,

I want to change ELF file type of PIE from DYN to EXEC:

[hjl@gnu-6 pie-debug-1]$ make
g++ -fpie -g -O   -c -o pie.o pie.cc
g++ -pie -Wl,-Ttext-segment=0x91000200000 -o pie pie.o
file pie
pie: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (GNU/Linux), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.18, not stripped
./pie
Hello World!
./elfedit --output-type exec pie
file pie
pie: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (GNU/Linux), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.18, not stripped
./pie
Hello World!
[hjl@gnu-6 pie-debug-1]$

I am checking this patch to support it.

Thanks.

H.J.
