    * config/tc-xtensa.c (xtensa_frob_label): move call to
    do_align_targets to set frag_type only.

Since this patch affects xtensa-only code and you are the xtensa maintainer you are free to apply it without seeking approval first. (Please do still post such patches to the list though, so that others can see what you are doing).
