LD linker script to reserve 4GB of memory

Hi everyone,
I'm on a x86_64 linux system. I'd like to tell the linker to use only memory 
higher than 4GB, because I need to allocate the lower memory using mmap at 
fixed addresses at program runtime.
Is it possible to do something like that?
