Hi Kai,

* ld-fastcall/fastcall.exp: Add x86_64-pc-mingw64 as valid target * ld-pe/pe.exp: Likewise * lib/ld-lib.exp: Add x86_64-pc-mingw64 target as pe-coff format ( is_pecoff_format)

Approved and applied.
