On DLX instruction set

Hi Kuang

i have come across you nice work on DLX support for the recent
binutils (>=2.15).

I'm thinking of implementing an instruction-accurate simulator for DLX
borrowing most of the MIPS-I model found in
http://www.archc.org. For this reason I would like to retain
compatibility to your version of DLX ISA and encodings.

I have one question: i donnot understand what the "LUT" instruction
does. Could you please provide me some info
on this, i.e. the LUT instruction encoding and its semantics (what
does it do)?

Thanks very much in advance.

PS: I'm sending this message to the binutils mailing-list as well, so
please free to post your message to binutils ml.
I have seen this issue floating around.
