OK, OTHER_BSS_SECTIONS can be brought back when you contribute that
patch.
I see I left .tbss in hppa64linux.sh LARGE_SECTIONS. I meant to remove
it, as elf.sc already has a .tbss section.
* emulparams/hppa64linux.sh (LARGE_SECTIONS): Remove .tbss.
