gnu-efi is a standard ia64-linux package.  It is on my debian linux
machine.  It should be available on Red Hat ia64-linux machines.

I tried looking at this, but I got lost very quickly.  objdump doesn't
seem to be printing out the virt_size field, and it is very hard to
figure out what is going on if I can't see the data.
