I just tried this and get failures in the benchmark:
FAIL: CFI on x86-64
FAIL: CFI common 1
FAIL: CFI common 2
FAIL: CFI common 2

For example:
../as-new   -o dump.o /usr/src/packages/BUILD/binutils-2.14.90.0.4/gas/testsuite/gas/cfi/cfi-x86_64.s

regexp_diff match failure
