This is the ld portion of Matt Thomas's elf32-vax target.

        * Makefile.am (ALL_EMULATIONS): Add eelf32vax.o and evaxnbsd.o.
        (eelf32vax.c)
        (evaxnbsd.c): New rules.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * configure.tgt (vax-*-netbsdelf*)
        (vax-*-netbsdaout*)
        (vax-*-netbsd*): New targets. 
        * emulparams/elf32vax.sh: New file.
        * emulparams/vaxnbsd.sh: New file.
