Ok, here's a patch that adds the elf64alpha_nbsd emulation.

2001-12-15  Jason Thorpe  <thorpej@wasabisystems.com>

	* Makefile.am: Add rules for eelf64alpha_nbsd.    
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.    
	* configure.tgt (alpha*-*-netbsd*): Set  
	targ_emul to elf64alpha_nbsd.
	* emulparams/elf64alpha_nbsd.sh: Added.
