I'd like to suggest a policy that any non-minor changes to binutils
should pass
# .../configure --enable-targets=all --enable-64-bit-bfd
# make
# make check
on Linux/x86. With the current x86 hardware, it shouldn't take more
than 30 minutes to do so.
