Release manager for 2.12?

We had a very enthusiastic discussion about releasing a 2.12 last week, and
it stagnated for lack of a release manager. Is there anyone out there who
feels up to the task?
I don't feel that I have the necessary technical background to do it myself,
but I think that I have at least the organizational skills for the job. So
if no one more qualified steps up, I'll volunteer to do it myself, in the
interests of getting a release made.
