I'm not sure I understand what are you asking, exactly.

The binaries used by DJGPP users are 2.9.5.1; if you want to know
which snapshot that is, Mark will probably be able to tell exactly.
This is a fairly recent snapshot, so I don't expect 2.10 to reveal any
significant problems.
