Thanks for the comments. I'll reply in detail later. But for archiving 
purposes and making a note against my own patch, it looks like I also 
missed altering gdb.cp/Makefile.in to clean-up the additional test-suite 
components my patch creates. I learnt this from irc on the #gdb channel, 
so another good reason to log-in there ;)
