* distdir.am: here.  Use the neat sed snippet for banners.
BTW, distcheck is phony.
* automake.in (&handle_dist_worker): Remove, merge into...
(&handle_dist): this.
(&file_contents): Strip leading new lines.
Be sure to end comments with new lines.
