Propagate canonical type of a class definition to its declaration

When a class type definition has its canonical type set, propagate it
to the class declaration.

* src/abg-ir.cc: (canonicalize): Propagate the canonical type of
the type definition to its declaration.
(class_decl::set_definition_of_declaration): Likewise.
