* utils/mount.cc (main): Add --show-cygdrive-prefixes option.
(show_cygdrive_prefixes): New function.
* utils/umount.cc (main): Add --remove-cygdrive-prefix option.
(error): Change signature from 'char *' to 'const char *'.
(remove_cygdrive_prefix): New function.
