* aux_syscalls.stp (_struct_sockaddr_u): Parse sockaddr.

* syscalls.stp (bind): Call _struct_sockaddr_u().

* errno.stp (errno_str): Complete rewrite in C for speed and
accuracy.
(returnstr): New function for syscall tapet.
