support for reiserfs and xfs.

* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/fpathconf.c (__fpathconf): Add case for
XFS link count.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/linux_fsinfo.h: Define XFS_SUPER_MAGIC
and XFS_LINK_MAX.
