    * Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Removed automake.spec.in.  From
        Matthew D. Langston.
        (info_TEXINFOS): Removed am-f77.texi.
        * automake.in (handle_ltlibraries): Allow `noinst' LTLIBRARIES.
        These are libtool convenience libraries.
