PR10745: automate kernel source_tree finding with stap -r /PATH/

* tapsets.cxx (init_dw): Provide diagnostics when figuring out source_tree.
* session.cxx (main): Ditto.  For stap -r /PATH/, heuristically infer
  source_tree too.
