Re-arrange some regression tests order

runtestreaddwarf and runtestcanonicalizetypes.sh are now the tests
which takes the most time.  Run them at the beginning.

* tests/Makefile.am: Run runtestreaddwarf and
runtestcanonicalizetypes at the beginning.
