$ lvs -o name,cache_policy vg/lvol0
  LV    Cache Policy
  lvol0

Before this patch:
$ lvs -o name,cache_policy -S 'cache_policy=undefined' vg/lvol0
  (no match)

With this patch applied:
$ lvs -o name,cache_policy -S 'cache_policy=undefined' vg/lvol0
  LV    Cache Policy
  lvol0
